SAFETY DURING SIDE IMPACT
The shell of ACGL bus has a continuous rigid side truss diagonally bridged by c-sections. above this are the pressed pillars .this side & roof construction imparts a high level of safety to the passengers in both side impact & roll over accidents.
Conventional bus structure has no continuous rigid side truss nor strong window pillar stress evaluation .the structures are weak and the cross supports being segmented ,there is no safety to the passengers in case of side impact accidents.
