Side panels are stretched and spot welded, thus eliminating noisy drumming of panels. rubber strips and plastic tapes are fixed between the structure and side panel to avoid metal to metal contact. Special sealant is applied before fixing the aluminium floor to deaden vibrations.Specially designed aluminium extrusions and easily replaceable nylon roller eliminate window rattling and prevent leakage of water inside the bus. State of the art luxury fitments are used for the bus interior.
